What is Level 4 – Quantitatively Managed Level of CMMI?

CMMI Level 4 known as Quantitatively Managed is characterized by the use of the Statistical techniques (like Regression Equation) or other Quantitative techniques to predict, plan, monitor and control the Process Performance objectives. Process Performance is also analyzed for variation using statistically or quantitatively and variation is managed against the process performance objectives.
